Producing a high quality product starts with selecting the best products by our purchasing department, ultimately ending with our hygiene department where inbound catering equipment is cleaned. Including these, we also have the following In-House departments:

Calloway takes pride in its freshly made in-house meals and on-premises bake shop allowing us to meet all special requests and dietary requirements. This service therefore also easily facilitates private jets and unscheduled flight requests.

Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we offer the flexibility to uplift catering services any time, day or night. Whether you require a full catering container change or just a bag of ice - no job is too small for our Catering Team!

From our modern chilled kitchen, we can prepare a range of menus to suit any particular requirements on short notice. We can supply first & business class menus for scheduled service flights or economy meals & snacks for charter & low fare airlines. We also offer a large selection of special dietary requirements from vegetarian to gluten free to kosher meals.
Meals are adapted to Market, Destination, Season and Service Level according to agreements with airlines whose representatives make the final choice during a special Food Presentation.

All flights leaving Aruba to the U.S. are USDA inspected, and are considered flying as domestic instead of international meeting U.S. Standards avoiding International Waste Disposal Charges.
