Passengers seldom fly with an airline company because of impressive catering, but avoid a company who has substandard catering.

Calloway Catering implemented HACCP in meal production and distribution. This system is subject to periodical audits conducted by representatives of airlines and external audit companies. All products designed for the international market, are produced on basis of internal standards approved by sanitary establishments, or applicable USDA standards.
Both production and delivery of finished products are subject to detailed procedures and instructions critical to produce accurate meal orders with timely delivery.
